Q1. What is the Guarantee?

A1: Two years (for free) from the date of B/L. Besides, any of the spare parts can be supplied all the time, that is, during the guarantee period and after the guarantee period.

Important:

(1). The efficiency of our transformer, Voltage Regulators / Stabilizers and other electric eqiupment are 90% to 95% (some series of them reaches 95%), please don’t let them work overload!

(2). Please make sure that all the electric wires are connected correctly according to the electric diagram

Q2. What's the payment terms? 

A2: We accept LC, T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram(Small-amount payment).

Q3. How's the delivery time ?

A3: Usually it will take about one weeks for production. Depending on the product, the quantity is different, and the specific production time is different, please consult the staff for details.

Q5. What is the MOQ?

A5: For the small capacity products (Automatic Voltage Regulators/Stabilizers) of the default configuration, it is 10 sets. For the big capacity products, it is 1 set.

Q6. What is the standard of package?

A6: For the small capacity, it use carton, but for big capacity, we should use strong plywood box for protection.

Q7. Could you offer Form A, Form B or C/O ? 

A7: It totally not a problem. We can prepare relative documents to foreign affairs office or other office to apply for this certificate.
